Sports day

At Little Greenfields Preschool we love ending the academic year with our annual Sports Day and Teddy Bear Picnic. It is a special day for all our children and families to come together, enjoy a range of fun sports and games, and celebrate the end of another fantastic year. Families are invited to join us for an afternoon of activities, laughter, picnicking and making wonderful memories together.

Cookery day

Our cooking activities give children the opportunity to explore new ingredients, develop their creativity and learn valuable practical skills. Children enjoy learning about different ingredients and utensils, following simple recipes and creating their own delicious treats. They can then take their creations home to share and enjoy with their families.

Outings & Visits

We love helping children explore and become part of our local community. Throughout the year, we enjoy visits to local parks, the Flaxmill to explore its library and choose a book, and occasional walks to the local fire station to see the fire engines. These outings give children exciting opportunities to learn about their community, develop confidence and enjoy new experiences outside of the preschool.
